At Tapenade we currently have ten fulltime operational staff with the majority being at either senior or junior management level. By allocating our fulltime team in conjunction with our regular casuals we attain a high level of continuity, professionalism, skill and responsibility.

All the waiting and bar staff we use are sourced through reputable agencies all of which we have developed excellent working relationships with over the past 5 years and are only too aware of the high standard Tapenade delivers in all areas and therefore only supply us with their best and most experienced staff.
